We proceeded to upload the digitisation of civil status registers by increasing the State Archives of Cuneo and Enna.
With this publication, other 12,744 records and other 924,501 images: for Cuneo we entered 9,586 new registers for the Italian Civil Status and 166 new registers for the Restoration Civil Status and for Enna we entered 909 new registers for the Italian Civil Status and 2,083 new registers for the Restoration Civil Status.
All updates on the publication of archives will be communicated in the Latest Published Archives section of the portal.
Users are reminded to:
- consult and read the information on the different pages of the Portal (Instructions, Request of certificates, Join the Project) in the form Contacts and in FAQ, to find answers to some frequently asked questions and useful clarifications (e.g. What can I do if in Do I Search the registries to see if a page of a register or an entire register is missing? How can I obtain an authentic copy of the documentation published on the Portal? etc.);
- Use the Form available on the Tell Your Story page only to share your own family stories and see them published in Read Family Stories;
- use the Contacts Form only to report anomalies, omissions and/or typos found in the indexation of registers, deeds, personal data and/or locations and not for any other type of requests and enquiries.
All announcements regarding uploads and/or the final release of features (e.g. previous URL redirects, user area availability, etc.) will be described and publicised on the Portal. We will keep you updated, as we have done so far.
